CRT2000 no TX audio

I finally got a message today that the TX audio on my CRT2000 is dead. The roger beeps are alive and well though, but that isn't quite the same. I've tried cleaning the mic socket, connector etc. Has anyone had this issue, and does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Edit: I've done a factory reset and the problem is still there.

Have you tried a different mic' that you know works? That'll mean it's the radio for sure if it doesnt.

After that, I'm out of ideas, unless it's something simple like the mic' is a powered one and has got a duff battery or connection.
