CWKYAB single-chip microcontroller

Post by Phuture »

Anyone know where I might be able to source a CWKYAB 9355 or equivalent? It's a single-chip microcontroller with PLL and LCD driver used in the Kernow Beta 4100 and Beta 3100, among other radios. I was hoping that the Sanyo LC72322 was the same chip, but it isn't.

I'm guessing someone must know this. It's the CPU in a Midland 38. On the Midland 38 schematic it shows (I think) "CPU / F2327" but the copy I have of the schematic isn't the clearest.

Additionally, anyone have a scrap Midland 38, Kernow Beta 3100 or 4100 chassis off which the CPU could be taken?

Thanks for relying, Chris. I'm not looking to buy a working rig, however, as it would make the repair I'm doing uneconomical. I'm looking to see if I can find the actual part, an equivalent or a scrap chassis to cannibalise.
