Cybernet vco block diode

Can anyone please tell me what the diode is in the green vco block? I've got a faulty one here and want to have a go at cutting it open and changing it but don't know what the value is.

An ITT310, haven't been made for 20+ years and unobtainable.

A BB809 works better than the original though and can be had from the usual places:
