What board is this?
Just picked up a Uniden 2830 and it has this board added inside, Anyone know what it is? The radio is standard apart from the 26-30MHZ mod. Sorry for the naff photo.

It looks like an RC oscillator, 4001 is 4 NORs, no?, the cap could be 220nF and if the resistor is 20kohm,
1 / (220 nanofarad * 20 kiloohm) into google, somewhere around 200 Hz.

"Easy tuning for the Uniden HR2510" by K3JML in 73 mag Nov 1989 looks similar. Up/Down buttons to pulse the dial.
