I bought 'dark red tint see through'
from here
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Acrylic-Persp ... 1300425193
for a project where I have a large LED matrix display. Its pretty close to that used on CB radio but maybe not quite as deep a red

Can be cut with a sharp new stanley knife using multiple swipes

Thanks for your reply.
The trouble is that 3mm is too thick for most uses, including what I need it for. 0.25 to 0.5mm would be ideal.

If you have a local amateur dramatics group near you , maybe they have something suitable from an old stage lighting filter.
Or even this if big enough http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-12pcs-Dif ... 2345437293

Try searching for acetate.

I need some to go with a Blue channel display so was thinking of smoke grey.
