Post by LH27 » 08 Jan 2017, 19:54

Been out today helping a friend with his new CRT SS9900
The fuse in his powersupply blow off every time he tried to connect the powercable

Do you see why ?

Must be two years I've had my 9900. Never had any issues with it.

On FM I run it at 10W max with an RM 400 if needed. It's been a great little radio with good reports.

There does seem to be quality control issues with most of the "new" radio's though, good and bad in each batch. So it's hit and miss as to what you'll get.

And yes, you should always use a fuse. You don't have to, but they are there for a reason.
Never, ever, ever....bloody anything ever!

Far too many radio's to list here. But I do own a legal one...
