intek 550 power repeater freqs?

Hi All
Have mod for chans up to H group but can this rig be used for ssss- high and sssss -high as id like to listen to the fm repeaters? (around 29.6 etc)

Sounds like a question for the ham section! We don't like going above 27.99999 Mhz round these parts! ;)
