Got this Wire Dipole kit in a recent joblot , Looks like its never been used .

Clansman PRC353... 30-76mhz FM and Data..will pull down to cover the 10m but the channel.spacing can cause probs.
The radios are vehicle mounted and are often 'parked off' so a bigger and more efficent antenna is erected hence the jobbie you have got..
I sometimes run a 351/2 hilltopping but use a home brew antenna for 6m only
