Can anyone recommend a better antenna for the Bumfeng? ? Not keen on the rubber duck that's with it, all help appreciated :O)

The Nagoya NA-771 is a popular replacement, sadly they have been ripped off by the Chinese and clones are marginally better than the original rubber ducks.

I wouldn't dare suggest one as visually it's hard to tell the difference, here's a bit from the late G4ILO who knew his onions.

Diamond X-300 just get a nice strong ntype to SMA connector to keep it steady.

Seriously thought there's not many amazing antenna's for them, Nagoya NA-771 is the one most go for but I don't rate them. The stock antenna's that come with the newer baofeng's are good, I'm unsure of the name though.

i use the Genuine Nagoya NA-771 with good results
