yaesu ft900 help

looking to find the referance oscilator on the above radio...been trying for the last 2 hrs and still cant find in can someone please point me in the right direction befor i go mad...

Under the can outlined in red I think, unless it's got the TCXO-3 option fitted, then it'll be fitted right next to that can.

Hop it helps.

Depending what you're doing it might be worth reading the TCXO fitting instructions, if the signal is missing then it could be relevant.

radio is tx up by .20 in frequency for instance 14.200.20 is spot on was just wanting to bring it back down a tad.

Ah, no problem, the reason I mentioned it was in case you were fault finding, not aligning.
