The pass mark is 60% or 27 out of 45

Well done mate.

My friend has now got his 2W0 callsign and we're going to get a 2m/70cms set up for us both to have a natter.

My advice is to crack straight on with the Advanced course, It took me two attempts to finally pass that, the second attempt I passed it by only one mark.

good luck

Thanks All,

My "Advance! The full licence manual" has arrived ready for the course starting later this month. A quick flick through looks like I'll need the Ham Radio Gods on my side, jeebus!

I did my full earlier this year - and it is indeed 'full' licence, not "advanced". The RSGB chipwrapper is called "Advance!" (Not even advanced), but there is no such thing as an advanced hamateur licenced.
