Intermediate simple DC circuit

Post by nay27uk »

Just got my Intermediate book today and I am just wondering when building the simple DC circuit do I have to purchase the components myself or are they provided as part of the course?

Can't remember if my club supplied kits as it was a few years ago when i sat my exam, If they do it will obviously be at extra cost, Ask your instructor, And it doesn't have to be a commercially available kit, You can homebrew a project, Plenty schematics online, I knocked up a homebrew CW transmitter, Done the trick, But if you'd rather stick to building a kit theres a VFO kit on ebay for around £11 (I think)
