Foundation Passed

Passed my foundation exam on the weekend,

and also i've just orderd the study book for the Intermediate license.

Just awaiting my callsign now and then i will be speaking to some of you on the air.
I am a bit crazy about the Realistic DX-394

one thing i didnt think about when i chose my callsign MW6SMW is that it ends in the same way as it starts, meaning if im talking to any other MW6's OR MW0's it could get confusing as to where one callsign starts and where one ends.

Apart from that, i cant wait :D

Congrats, now the learning curve starts - if it ever ends :) I didn't keep my eyes open and recently missed the deadline for my local course and exam and I'm rather ticked off I have to say!

I don't see that being an issue to be honest. You could always say MW0ABC from MW6SMW to be extra clear.

yeh that's what i was thinking, i just hope it sounds ok on the air.
ah well, its done now. no turning back. :)
