Hi folks, new member saying hello!
I am brand new to all this as I’ve never owned a receiver before....I have a couple of complete newbie questions so please bear with me!!
I stay not far from Edinburgh Airport and pretty much the only reason for getting the radio was to have a listen to their chat. I’ve had a look at the frequencies but all seem much lower than the equipment I have is capable I did find what was termed as a Re-broadcast frequency in the 400’s which has been successful in getting some stuff from the tower but mostly ground operations. Is there any similar higher frequency that could be used for the likes of approach traffic or would I need better equipment to receive that sort of thing?
All help much appreciated!!
Graeme
