88-109mhz problem

Hi guys, I’m new here so hello. I’m having probs with a local radio station that’s close by. Like maybe a thousand yards away. The signal is that strong that when I transmit on any Chanel 27mhz its just transmitting the local radio station, I don’t pick up much either. Can I get a band pass filter for cb to filter it out?
