Hi all,
I’ll start by introducing myself as “Reegz”. Originally from Cardiff now living in Newport.
Been into radio for a long time but never really ventured into getting a license to transmit. I spent more hours than I can remember listning into the old police radios with the old man back in the day. Then got a bit more serious and bought a DJx3 scanner and ventured into UHF and VHF handies.
My recent accuisation is an MD-390 from eBay and now I have to learn DMR.
Any pointers from local lads would be a great help
So far a fellow user and personal mate welshevo had given me a handful of DMR freq to listen to from a trip up allt-yr-yn.
That’s it for now.
Take care
