New member with a problem .
Hello, My name is Mike,Im completely new to the scanning world ,and I could do with some advise about my new Grecom PSR-295.When I turn it on all I get is ...All channels Locked..I have read the manual but still no joy ,can any one help please .?..Thank you .

have you tried to initialize the scanner as per page 35 of the manual?
I am afraid it is the only thing I can suggest, short of getting back to the supplier.

You need to put the scanner into "manual" mode and go to each locked out channel. Press the "L/out" button on each of these channels to unlock them.
