Anybody have a Uiden BCD536HP or BCD436HP

I am looking to pick one of these up and just wondering after the upgrade how the DMR/Motrbo is. Any general advice? I have a BCT15x so I am quite familiar with how these scanners work. I have one of the TYT radios but its a bit of a pain in the ass to program as they need the colour codes. I believe this isn't the case with one of the scanners?

Digital scanners do not require Slot, Colour Code or Talkgroup to be programmed...
