459.70000/453.2000 DIPOLE ??

I need a antenna for 2 frequencies 459.000 and 453.000 for receiving with , was thinking of a 1/4 wave wire dipole , Can anyone help out with the length i will need to cut the wire for best resoults or can any one surgeest a better type of antenna , it will be mounted outside on a pole .

2x16cm will be fine
