It's off-sale while someone waits for their wages to go in.

So I ended up getting a 3500, it's tapped and receives everything, if not more, that the SDR pulled in, no problem.

Also, to answer my other question, you can now listen to digital and analogue using DSD+. There's a new 'monitor' option. If the scanner now lands on an analogue signal, DSD+ auto unmutes and plays the signal. It works great.

And the systems on the 3500, they're just the new name for banks on the other Unidens only instead of there being 10 of them already there, you have to create your own and tell it the key you want to toggle it off and on.

Not quite, the 3500 has dynamic memory now instead of banks, they're organised more like digital sets with systems/groups/channels.

Which version is that in? I have 1.101 but haven't seen that. Maybe I'm just not looking carefully enough though
