Entering frequencies from the frequency page on this site?

Hi,

I was wondering why in some cases there are two frequencies showing on the frequency page for this site?

Some only have one, but some have two. Is this a case of receiving on one and sending on another?

I have a transceiver that stores receive and transmit frequencies for each memory space, is that how it works or am I being daft?

The first is the base station and the second is the mobile.
