Does this software work with the Uniden BCT15X?
If so where does one get it and the cable.

I am in shock. £15 for the cable and then $40 for the programme. Surely there has to be a cheaper option out there? My mate bought the AOR AR8600 and he got the programme free, just paid for a basic RS232 cable.
Surely Uniden have a cheaper option, I am almost spent out, spent nearly £25k today alone.
