Whats the best computer software for my uniden ubc75xlt

whats the best computer software to use with my ubc75xlt? i have a mac but the kids do have windows laptops so i can borrow one of them if there isn't any software for the mac, just want it basic channel setting etc,

these days - proscan , but look at BCtool (no longer in development)
