Hello daisey. The Channel 19 frequency is 27.78125 (although 27.780 will be close enough if your scanner doesn't get that accurate)

It's in nfm as well. I've tried listening out for truckers on the Mickey 6 from Carlisle to the Lancaster turnoff (a junction, not an undiserable female :roll: ) and never heard much. As for magazines SWM (Shortwave Magazine) and Radioactive, generally available at WH Smiths etc are about the best out there. In saying that, there isn't a huge range to choose from. The only other one being Practical Wireless which is more amature radio based. I think there is also still available, Ham Radio Today as well.
