hi all, i am trying to reprogram some hyt tm600v mobile radio's, i have programed quite a few radio's in the past ,so i am quite ok with that .the problem that i have (i have tried two different laptops , usb and serial leads.) when i try to read the radio for some reason the radio goes off. and i cannot turn it back on untill i have removed the program cable.. my pc recognises the usb lead. and i do not think it is a com port issue, in the advert it said the lead will work with my kenwoods that i have(i have yet to try that) and my kenwood mic works with this hyt. so poss some internals are kenwood...regards
