Well, that was correct about HYT and TYT, but to be fair, I have now had one of my TYT 380's for close to two years and it gets used every day and it has never failed on me, never frozen up or done anything crazy, the screen hasn't degraded, it's still as sharp as when new, and I have no paint rub or any bits falling off and the battery has only lost about 30 minutes of capacity since new (although when new it wasn't spectacular at about 8 hours).
I'm hoping that when these Trilogy/BFDX/Your Name for a minimum quantity radios start to flood in then those that have struggled with getting their heads around the DMR system will buy them and flog off their 380's cheap.

getting back to price fixing - RRP for MD9600 announced - works out about £262
