hi all whats the factory frequencies for this same as baofeng etc? got one today £2 bootsale!

It's pretty much a bumfeng UV-3R without the display so you'll need CHIRP or similar to program the 16 channels.

The only driver you need is for the program cable RS232 to USB. Most people get the six quid version that has a knock-off Prolific chip that will only work on the ancient driver, there's plenty of posts on here about it.

If it didn't have a charger then two quid is about right. Still good for sticking in the local V/UHF repeaters and a few simplex for walking the dog or hiking, maybe even a couple of 446 or 449 channels if that's your thing.

thanks i had a little play and it has 1 frequency with different tones thats 469.975 not sure why its only one frequency but it works great for a 2w radio just need to get rid of the chinese voice and re program
