Vertex VX-2000 microphone wiring

Is it the same as another brand? I can't find Vertex replacement mikes anywhere.
Will the next movie in the series be The Fast and The Funeral?

Martin Lynch and Sons appear to sell Vertex/Yaesu VX-2000 mics - not cheap though.

They only list a DTMF mike though.
