Hi,
I bought a couple of old Motorola Saber radio bodies on ebay for a few quid, they have no batteries or anything, so its just the radio bodies only. I bought these specifically for the insides to build a UHF base station witch will be grafted inside an old CB base station.
I put some power into them and antenna and they seem to work ok I was just wondering what frequency range they cover, do these radios cover 70cms? and would these radios program on a modern computer or do I need a old slow computer?
I haven't bought the programming cable just yet...
Cheers
