Are these Ofcom official or enthusiast based?

They'll be Ofcom approved. Have to set scanner to 0.01khz to enter the dpmr frequencies.

Unless you have the AOR AR-DV1 then you won't be able to decode the dPMR channels anyway so I wouldn't bother putting them in. You can just put in the 16 analogue/DMR frequencies and cover everything you'll be able to decode

As it happens, I do own a DV1! Hence why I put in the dPMR frequencies.

What is the misnumbering with ch 30 on the dPMR list? Surely that should read 446.184375 not 446.184373?

OFCOM just do as they told by the 'gods' in the EU/ECC/CEPT and doubtless other acronyms containing "E":

OK, so what to put for Colour code (I left at 1 - slot 1) and the contact name? Group call 1 or 9?

I don't think Hytera do a mode that lets anything g in??

Yeah most commercial radios don't have any kind of promiscuous mode. I don't think the Hyteras do either.

I've only heard one business using them and they were using CC1 G1 which I would assume must be the default settings on the Hyteras.

Well I now have an ex-ofcom ARD300 purchased at auction for £100 (wouldnt have bought one new for sure!) which does dPMR

And I was fairly sure that fast lane DSD+ also does it

Since legalisation I have heard one DMR 446 transmission that didnt originate from my family - on channel 9 about 2 weeks ago

regards
