Im not being funny but shouldn't you be using these frequencies for Tier2 dmr

Image

Or are you just using Analogue FM on the channels you listed?

They're for dPMR. Those channels are only 6.25KHz in bandwidth, which is too little for DMR use. The DMR channels are 12.5KHz and are as originally posted by gmbusman.

Tier 1 DMR is the license free DMR radios that only work on these channels and have a 0.5W power. It's not legal to use other (tier 2 or 3) DMR radios on these channels, but if you were to do that, then it would be wise to use the same license free tier 1 DMR channels and nobody will know the difference.

I always thought a Tier2 radio MD380 uses two slots each 6.25KHz . Where as Tier1 uses 1 slot 12.5KHz
So the MD380 would be fine on the frequencies I posted?
I guess I must be wrong, ah well you learn something new every day.

All DMR uses 12.5KHz channels. 6.25KHz equivalency is achieved by splitting the channel in half in the time dimension, not in the frequency dimension. That's what TDMA is. There are two timeslots that alternate. A radio transmits in the whole 12.5KHz channel for 1 timeslot then is silent to allow another radio to transmit in the other timeslot.
