That looks very similar to the Ahuago M2 for sale at 409shop - they have software for the M2 available here (scroll down to Ahuago).

The programming cable they sell for the M2 doesn't look like a normal USB lead, so you might need to buy the special cable, but it's gotta be worth a punt.

Looking at it again, the bright coloured versions appeal to my warped mind and it is small enough to have fun with in the high street - not that I would do that as a responsible radio ham but if you know the local 446 users ................ :wtf:
Did you get caught for VAT etc and is the antenna removable so you could use it with a mini mag mount and SMA plug.

Ah you beat me to it. I saw these a few days ago and thought they might be a bit of fun to try out.
Looks like a micro USB cable in the pictures for programming. Have you got one lying around that you could try? Or do you have a proper programming cable for it already?

Looked at the link for the program software and downloaded the zip file, then it came up with a message saying the software would not load from the unzipped file ( on Windows 8.1).

Update tried unzipping software on old win XP laptop and it works. Just need china to get off their butts and get back to work after their new year so I can get one.

Can you confirm that this is programmed with a standard micro USB cable?

Original poster said he bought a cable from china - suspect like most Chinese radio programming leads there is a chip in the end of it.
