listen ive just bought a replacement for my defunct radio i paid £86 ut the only thing is it says us plug surely thats just the code plug they supply with it ,i still have the old one from my other radio and the lead and so on just means i have to put my old own code plug in dosent it

Could mean the charger plug or could mean the programming socket?

ive still got my old charger and lead cant seem it meening that (oh dear is there any Americans on hear want a new radio ,lol,going for £90)

If you still have your old charger then nothing to worry about, most of the crap wall wart switching things work from 100-250v these days anyway.

ive just heard back off the supplier it is a us plug and theye sending an addapter it will work in my old charger wont it ,i thought america was 110 v ? ps Admiral ,believe it or not my wife through the last one in the bin

The bin lol divorce! USA use 110volt, addapter will be fine if its a 240v 3 pin.

Check first, but most wall-wart switching 'PSUs' are auto-ranging and will work from 100v to 250v input these days.
