help with vero uv-x4

hi guys had the above radio for 2 years and i thought that i had lost it but yesterday i was cleaning out some junk from my hut mainly some old toy boxes that my kids done use anymore. Anyway half way through the second box of toys i found the wee radio..looks like one of the kids might have been playing with it at one time..anyway just programed it with about 40 of my local frequency's but cant get the radio to scan my memory channels for some reason.. i can get the radio to just scan the whole band but don't want this....please any help with this would be great.

I couldn't find anything about that radio however it seems to use the same software as the baofeng uv 3r, Perhaps try this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQoF76wuHTw as shown on this video try it with the radio you have and see if it works.
