PMR radio with roger beeps
I am looking for a good UHF radio that has lots of different roger beeps. Does the puxing series of radio have this and if so what model would I purchase that has different roger beeps and possibly PTT ID.
Any suggestions are welcome

Re: PMR radio with roger beeps
the ppt ID on kirisun is only on digital mode though.
My TYT UVF1 can be set up for PTT ID, but it only has one roger beep.
But, why do you want many different ones? They are just annoying really.
One option is to get an MDC1200 radio and use the data thing as a roger beep. I had the data on, on an analog channel on my DP3400s for a while. It sends a unit ID number which you set in the software, but it sounds cool anyway.

A beep is handy for mobile in my opinion.
Plenty are talking worldwide on 27.555 usb,
Some are too far up their own @rse to admit it,
Many happen to know otherwise dx-ing test free,
Showing a complete lack of respect for the law.

I agree and its useful for identification within a group which is why I need a few of them and it is also interesting to have different roger beeps.

My PR-UV88 has 10, lol.pmr446man wrote:My puxing UHF has five roger beeps.
Baofeng BF-888S's don't have call tones or roger beeps, only tone squelch (CTCSS/DCS) so you'll have to whistle down the micmarshal wrote:how do i set it on bafong 888,s i do motor sport it is handy to get in contact with other marshals
The perfect face for radio.
