One problem with this, is were We are located. eg .if you are running a net in Manchester, who is going to hear you in Leeds never mind Hull?. Also users in the rural areas will not be able to hear.
We have to be clear on location and who may hear you. Say within a 2 mile distance of transmission, so if We are going to do this We have to plan a radius on a Map, from point dot, on the map. (Use a compass to draw a circle). Also We have to consider terrain , and is it in a rural or town/city.
Also some kind of moderator should be running the net, and policing it to make sure the idea of moving off the Calling channel is adhered to.
Many factors, some problems
