Other info: 68ft ASL + 111ft AGL, can face southeast & due north, anything else is a wall. :p Can hit GB3DU and GB3FF (both 25+mi) on 2m S9 FQ, but haven't given 446 a shot yet. :)

i am pleased to announce that i am now an active user of PMR 446. I have sent a pm stating my postcode, user name and channel number i monitor.I use the Binatone MR 200 which is just a basic pmr.Does the job and i am pleased with it. I go by my user name on here and i monitor channel 2 from my home in Sale, Chesghire. May the fun commence :)

I love 446 I will look forward to making contacts. I think CB users should also take part who knows maybe we could have some sort of dual band repeater or internet link with CB and 446.

Good stuff people hope to see more going on with 446
