Re: Server converted power supplys.
The ones I've seen in equipment have been obviously custom made, brass or copper but you can buy bus bar from electrical wholesalers, similarly if you have facility to drill and tap you can buy brass or copper stock cheaply.

Re: Server converted power supplys.
You can't unless you can drill 2mm holes. (I did say - lke them didnt I?)
Those PCB holes will only be 1.3mm max IMO and drilling them out will remove the plating.
So you'd need to get them at 2.54mm pitch and with thinner legs (possibly cut them down).
How about getting some copper strip, solder lengths of tinned wire into the holes then solder them to the copper strip to make the busbar (which you can have already drilled holes for bolts into).

I'm going for this http://stormcopper.com/design/Electrica ... d-Bars.htm
Folded on the lower screw holes to make an 'L' shape then soldered to the board. 4 x 20amp cables off to some posts...

Re: Server converted power supplys.
What are you intending to use to connect to radios etc?
Are you getting big binding posts or will you use banana sockets or what?
If either the above then simply solder the thick wire from them to the board, or solder the post direct to the board.

Re: Server converted power supplys.
Trying to make out the interface it came with, bit late now, but i'd have bought a euro card or similar high quality grp pcb. Then fashoined an interface if its spade type blades, this way you can add any number of out puts. I can't see the psu interface, if its pins then remove like you have and go for the bus bar option.

One simple and easy source, tin plated brass earth blocks. Available from any electrical wholesaler.
