Well, it will be.
From the junk box, I've dug out a long forgotten pack of GPS modules with the PPS output, found a very clever piece of code from an article in SPRAT and will be embarking on the build of a 10MHz reference for my test bench and hopefully it will prove to be accurate enough to use as a master reference for my frequency counter.
Unless someone wants to part with a Rubidium standard cheap?
