i am trying to buld a howes ctu atu and would like to know where the wires go to from the where the board is marked with pins a b w please

no this is a howes ctu9 i found at a car boot sale in a box of other junk the box is there the innards are there but the two are not joined? i have worked i think all the other conections out but on the board there are three pins marked A B W anyone know what they are ?
