As 163GW started the ball rolling I thought Id do a bit of Broadcast listening and try to dig a few English Broadcasts for you to try for and hopefully report back on with signal strength and equipment used.
Voice of Tanzania from Zanzibar have a 10 min English transmission between 1900-1910 local time every night except a Friday the frequency you need is 11.735Mhz pretty strong signal here at my location so should be audible for most people.
Post any findings here and if anyone can record the Sign-On or Id and send it to me Id appreciate it.
