USB TX @ 1734khz

I'm picking up voice tx giving out coordinates around the above frequency. Does anybody have a clue as to what it could be? I have been receiving this both at 05.00 hrs this morning and now as I post.

Blavand 1734khz. Thanks I'm pretty sure that's it from the link you sent. Interestingly its on USB, I had always assumed sideband in this area and below was usually LSB.

All non amateur transmissions are in USB, I believe.
