Manchester airport

Hi ,I got my old realistic pro 20004 radio out and was listening to the I air bands ,I live in Warrington which is in between Liverpool and Manchester radio but I seem to only get small bursts mostly of planes approaching Liverpool ,can someone give me all the frequencies for both airports so I can reprogrammed them all back in properly ,or any other ideas it only has a telescopic aerial thanks

Nope sorry, im in Stoke-on-Trent. Only have the airport for when im up there spotting

The only thing I would strongly recommend is investing in a decent discone aerial or similar.

It made the world of difference for me... and I'm in Bolton so further away than you.... I still get Manchester and Liverpool and more with the discone in the loft.

I've got a dicone aerial in my loft now and it picks up all the airport activity now it's bang on ,thanks
