ADS-B 1090MHz mag mount antenna

Post by DrumGeek »

Hi all,

Anyone know of a good source for one of the above.
I've got a bit hooked on Virtual Radar with my RTL stick and would like to take it out in the car so thought a small magmount would be ideal.

Are there any that are made specifically for this use?

Simple solution for you...........

buy this taxi antenna from maplins.............. http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/14-wave-vhf-t ... ount-n23ac

and cut it for 1090MHz.(change connectors or use adaptor)

should work a treat and doesnt cost much!
