It would be really cool if a mod would lock this thread so that it can rest in peace and not be dredged up yet again.

No sober member of TM1 condones this sort of activity, and it was a drunken wind-up in the first place, now move along as there's nothing to see.

Huge problem for our local flying pork chop squad (Police 42).... Every week they get a blasting from a particulary bright laser used by the dopes in Leeds....

If the Chinese eBay Kings really want to mop up, they should start selling quad copter drones with a green laser pointer mounted on the copter and an airband transceiver built into the controller.

Actually, I might start a kickstarter along those lines and do a runner with the cash! :think:

hmm what happened when i use an Lase while i sit in an Aircraft and Point it on the Ground?
