Hope you have a good one... not going to make it to East Fortune this year myself unfortunately.

Weather doesn't look too bad for most of the country, so hopefully all of the visitors will be able to make it. Lincolnshire has a fairly good forecast, so should definitely get the BBMF up! :)

Think the tower is on 118.125...

Was in the naughty field right on the flightline! Great show I have to say!
Highlight for me was the Hunter and Sea Fury formation duo! After which the break in formation, and Miss D with her own display and a really nuts "Blue Note" right above me and my mate as she climbed powering out of the display! Superb!

What's the 'naughty field' then strato? :?

Were you over the fence in the farmers field without a ticket, or are you talking about the beer zone?

A field at Congalton near North Berwick,it's right on the run in/out zone for the display aircraft!

Do you mean this field?

https://maps.google.co.uk/maps?hl=en&ll ... 1&t=h&z=19

I've thought about setting up there myself as it is right beneath the display area. The lure of a bar always convinces me to shell out for a ticket in the end though. ;)

You're welcome anytime Stu! I'm normally down there well before kick off (except for this year as it was interrupted by a trip to Tesco! {bnghd} )

KrOne it's the minor road parallel to the B1377 just off the B1347,there's a wee reservoir perfectly centre bottom of the "Naughty Field" It's parallel with the display area.

Ah! Got you... know exactly where you are... I think! :)

Is there a row of 4 or 5 cottages along the road on the opposite side to the field?

stu, if it's where I think it is, it's about a mile North-East of the microlights.

Managed to find it by sheer chance some time back when we couldn't sit just off a wee junction at the top road at East Linton that leads to Markle.Cracking wee place and as long as you observe the road rules and afford the courtesy to the Farmer by sticking to footpaths,it's ok!
