Airline Operations and company frequencies

Is there a place I can keep up to date with these? I have a list but it seems
airlines tend to use the same frequencies?
I have been looking fot the Easy Jet frequencies for examplem, being at South England they seem to be fairly busy
frequencies to monitor, with aircraft on the way in to Heathrow and Gatwick

I can only hear one side of the transmission though

Does anyone know the UHF operations frequency for Virgin Atlantic at Gatwick Airport?
It used to be public record on the Ofcom website but is no longer there (or I cannot find it now).
I accidentally overwrote it in my radio and cannot remember it.
All I do remember is that it was in the 440-470 Mhz range.
