Kenwood TK 3201- fix low battery warning ( solved )

Post by rooth »

Hello !
I'm facing a problem with the Kenwood TK 3201 ... Even if the battery is fully charged and new, the radio sounds like the battery is low.
Can someone help me with some information?

Solved ! :)

-Connect the radio to a stabilized and adjustable source of 5.9 V.
-Turn on the radio
-Start the program and enter the settings according to the attached pictures.
The radio will read the voltage of 5.9 V and set the threshold at which the battery discharge warning will start.
At the voltage of 5.9V, the threshold at which the battery discharge warning starts will automatically set to 148 ( foto 3 )
Good luck!
I hope I helped you .
