Hi guys. I've a motorola gp344r. I can't seem to programme it. I did my gp344r I did my gp340 no problem. I have getting a file from hamfiles that will do the radio but it still won't work. On the the radio itself it says ver03.12.03 I don't know if this is the reason why. As the software I have is only 03.02.15
