I have just spotted this thread. I did post this ebay find elsewhere as I could not really belive anyone would still belive it was sellable.

I still have one of these somewhere & it's still connected to a Sinclare PC & if I remember correctly it was a RTTY/CW decoder & I seem to remember it worked with some Practical Wireless cassette tapes, or may be the PW tapes did something else.

I had an elderly Baycom packet setup given to me a few months ago & that is from a simlar period I believe.

Hi there....Any of the sound files will work you just need to load them into an emulator and set it to load the file in tape mode this will emit the speccy sound through your sound card (speakers) this is the bit you record onto tape then you end up with a digital copy on a tape ready to load up the Speccy....mrplow wrote:sounds good
